With this new blog, I am going to start posting more things that I am playing around with, ideas and what I am doing for my workouts. This is mostly for me, a way to track my thoughts, ideas and what I am doing for training, but I think you’ll be able to learn a lot from my experiences too.

rower: 10,000 meters
I have been wanting to do a 10k row and putting it off for a while. It was warm out today, so when I got a last minute cancellation I was out the door for some trail running. Unfortunately, it started raining. Not much, but enough that I wasn’t going to run in it.
So, straight to the erg for a nice and easy 10,000 meters. Overall I didn’t think it was too bad. I didn’t push it that hard. To be honest I don’t even know if that is a good or bad time for a 10k. Now that I know what it feels like, I could shave a few minutes off.
